MAUI, HAWAII . Aloha, I’m Synneve, the great hair guru and I’m here teaching you more of my salon secrets. Today I want to tell you how to part ways with bad hair days.
Many clients come into the salon and they ask me how they can get their hair to stay on a particular parting. Or they want to change their part, but they just don’t know how. Well, it’s easy and I’ll show you.
Step 1 – When you step out of the shower or water, blot your hair with a towel. Some women prefer to wrap their hair up in a towel. That’s okay, just take it down after 1 minute. If you don’t, then you’ll lose complete control over your hair.
Step 2 – After the excess water is removed from your hair and the tangles are gone, take a comb and part your hair any way you want it – down the middle, on the side, zigzag parting. Whether you are styling your hair right away or leaving it for later, make sure you part hair immediately.
