Synneve, founder and CEO of Love Inside Out, has dedicated her life to helping others through beauty. Educating consumers on how to look and feel good is her passion. With over 13 years experience in the hairdressing industry, Synneve has assisted thousands of men and women in discovering their outer beauty and inner peace.

Synneve, pronounced sin-uh-vuh, is as unique as her Norwegian name. In 1994, she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Public Relations. Following college, she completed Toni & Guy's Hairdressing Academy in Carrollton, Texas. Making education a priority, Synneve traveled the world training with Toni & Guy, Aveda, Loreal, Redkin, Yosh, Vidal Sassoon, and many others.

Following her successful 10-year hairdressing career in Dallas, Texas, Synneve moved to the shores of Maui, Hawaii. In 2004, she opened Salon Synneve and became an instant success. With a thriving business in place, Synneve developed her hair care product line and wrote her tell-all beauty book.

As a salon owner, writer, teacher, inventor and entrepreneur, Synneve created Love Inside Out, an inspiring beauty company. Through the company, she successfully shares her knowledge, expert advice and products to educate consumers and help them create great hair days. Using her many gifts and talents, Synneve is joyfully spreading Love Inside Out globally.
